- During the term of the Agreement, the parties are obliged to immediately inform each other in writing of any changes to their addresses and/or mobile phone numbers. Otherwise, any information (agenda, notice, SMS, Arbitration acts) sent by the Arbitration to the last known address and/or mobile phone number of the Party or the other Party shall be deemed delivered to the recipient, and the Party to whom it was sent shall be considered properly notified of the date, time, and place of the arbitration hearing, even if they have changed their address and phone number at the time the message and documents were sent.
- The parties guarantee that they have all necessary authority and competence to conclude and sign this agreement. The parties confirm that they are familiar with the Arbitration Rules, the Register of Arbitrators, and the Regulation on Fees and Income of the Arbitration.
