The procedure for filing and receiving statements of claim in ISAC Arbitration

  1. SUBMISSION AND ACCEPTANCE OF STATEMENTS OF CLAIM.

1.1. Statements of claim are submitted to the secretariat of the ISAC Arbitration (hereinafter referred to as the Arbitration) at Turan Street, 83/1 by all interested parties in the order of live queue.

1.2. Acceptance of statements of claim is carried out by the department's staff during the following hours:

  • from MONDAY to FRIDAY from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM — acceptance of statements of claim submitted by all interested parties;
  • on FRIDAY from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM;
  • on PRE-HOLIDAY DAYS — acceptance of statements of claim is not conducted.

1.3. Documents attached to the statement of claim should be arranged in the sequence outlined in the appendix to the statement of claim.

Failure to adhere to this requirement will result in the statement of claim not being accepted by the department's staff.

Subsequent submission of statements of claim should comply with this requirement in the order of live queue.

Bound documents can be submitted in a simplified manner without verification of the appendix to the statement of claim by the department's staff.

1.4. Statements of claim may be submitted to the Arbitration from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM via the mailbox installed in the Arbitration's secretariat.

Statements of claim and attached documents submitted through the mailbox in the Arbitration's secretariat must be in a sealed envelope, with mandatory information about the sender: organization name or the full name of the individual.

1.5. Upon submission of a statement of claim at the secretariat or through the mailbox located in the Arbitration office, received documents must be registered no later than the next day.
