LLP “Kaitu” has received a notification from the ISAC Arbitration and copies of the claim materials regarding the lawsuit filed by the plaintiff LLP “Alga” against our company for the recovery of the value of missing goods.

We do not agree (partially agree) with the amount of the claim, etc., depending on the specific position of the respondent (provide explanations regarding the substance of the claim and state reasons, with references to evidence supporting objections and arguments).

Regarding the number of arbitrators and the composition of the arbitration panel for resolving the dispute, we provide the following information.

The plaintiff, in the statement of claim, requests that the claim be considered by a sole arbitrator Full Name, whose candidacy we accept.

(Possible option: The plaintiff, in their statement of claim, requests that the claim be considered by a sole arbitrator Full Name. We do not agree with the arbitrator proposed by the plaintiff. Therefore, we ask the Chairman of the ISAC Arbitration to appoint a sole arbitrator from among the individuals listed in the Registry of the Arbitration Center at their discretion).
